Milton Perque
Co-founder & CEO
Milton is a former Chief Engineer with 25 years of experience in leading the development of high-reliability, complex, radar products to market for military and commercial use.
He will draw on his decade experience as an early employee of Echodyne in developing radar products that harness Electronically steerable Metamaterial antennas.

Adam Bily
Co-founder & CTO
For over 15 years, Adam has led the development of antenna systems for radar and communication products, including pioneering work in Metamaterial antennas.
Before co-founding Kapta he led the development of deployable reflector systems for geosynchronous communication satellites at Astranis.
